Muse--Early Muscat X
We are extremely pleased to introduce the latest in our lineup of wines-- Muse--our Early Muscat wine fortified with Early Muscat Grappa made from our wine and distilled by our friends at House Spirits.
Two years in development, Muse is an extraordinary rendition of Early Muscat wine, showcasing the grape's flair and panache. It is truly a delightfully unique experience. We hope you'll find it as inspiring as we do.
Enjoy it well chilled as an aperitif, with appetizers or Thai-spiced seafood. Because of the very low residual sugar (3.5%), Muse is not a traditional dessert wine, but it does pair well with lighter desserts or great chocolate.
375 ml.

Ribbon Ridge Vineyard 2010 Pinot Noir
2010 was a cool year in Oregon and produced soft, elegant wines reminiscent of the Pinot noirs from the 70s and 80s that put Oregon on the world map. This is a perfect example. it shows typical Ribbon Ridge black fruit with nice bright highlights and fine tannins on a velvety canvas. Great complement to grilled salmon or a roasted chicken. It is our go-to wine for our wood-fired pizzas. No rating on this wine, but its sister wine, the 2010 RRV single-clone Pommard received 93 points from Wine Spectator.

2011 Ribbon Ridge Vineyard Pinot Noir
We love the 2011 Ribbon Ridge Vineyard Pinot noir because it is something of a chameleon. It is a rich wine with intense fruit that somehow manages to seem light, almost weightless. Its brightness shows off the cherry and currant highlights but doesn't mask the luscious, brambly, black fruit that fills your mouth and holds your attention. It is an exceptional food wine, especially with lamb or pork. The 2011 is drinking very well now, but based on how the 2009 has developed in the bottle, we expect it to improve over the next two years and be good for another ten years.

2012 Ribbon Ridge Vineyard Pinot Noir
Can't describe it any better than Wine Spectator's Harvey Steiman did when he awarded the wine 93 points in the July 15, 2015 Wine Spectator Insider: "Fine grained tannins underlie a kaleidoscope of cherry, roasted meat, close and bay laurel flavors that swirl into an expressive and long finish. Has tremendous presence. Best from 2016 through 2022."
