Return Policy
We want you to be happy with our wines -- that's why we make them. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we want to make it right. If you have a problem with your purchase, contact us at wines@ribbonridge.com. We'll ask you to return your unopened bottles to us so we can replace them or refund your money. That includes up to one opened bottle of each variety per order. To help us diagnose any potential problems with the bottled wines, please note why you are returning the wine.
